At McCormick, we stand behind the quality of our spices and seasonings; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for food safety reasons, all returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
